Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 24, £4.50. Free on orders over £75. Next day delivery to most UK addresses.

International

DHL Express, from £18. 2–5 working days depending on destination.

Packaging

All orders dispatched in discreet unbranded outer packaging. Temperature-sensitive batches include ice packs.

Returns

Sealed, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days. Email us first at contact@biotechresearch.co.uk. We do not accept returns of opened vials.

Damage or loss

Report within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We replace at our cost.
